Custom Orthotics

Orthotics are custom made inserts for your shoes, made specifically for YOUR feet, and can help with foot, knee, or low back pain.  They provide custom support for your feet to help them function better.
The feet are the foundation of the body.  Your feet have to absorb the forces that go through your body everyday.  Those forces can be incredible, especially if you're running.  

The forces through your feet can be as much as 3-4 times your body weight!  The smallest amount of imbalance can cause a great deal of discomfort.

We custom cast your feet in a foam cast to get a specific picture of YOUR feet.  This helps the specialized orthotics lab create a pair of custom orthotics that fit YOUR feet.  The orthotics will help to correct the problem areas and improve your foot function.  They are comfortable, natural, and you will want to wear them all the time!
